There are several reasons an account may get locked. The most common is entering the wrong password multiple times in a row — in that case, the system temporarily locks the account for security, anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours. It can also be locked due to suspicious activity, a pending KYC verification, or a suspected breach of the platform's rules.

Steps to resolve:

If your account is locked due to a pending KYC verification, uploading your NID and a selfie will typically get it reactivated within 30 minutes.
